Instead, you can buy a share of a box, and the cards from that box will be packaged and shipped to you. This allows you to participate in the card collecting experience and have a chance to acquire specific cards of interest without investing in a full box. It's a cost-effective and accessible option for sports card collectors.

Before we can proceed with the live box break on stream, it is important for the box to be 'sold out.' If your box has reached the sold-out status, you can tune in to the Twitch Live Stream to find out the exact timing of your break. Additionally, the recording of your break will be made available as a VOD (Video on Demand) on Twitch for you to watch at your convenience.

The abbreviation 'RT' stands for Random Team. In a Random Team break, you pay a fixed amount and are randomly assigned a team. As part of the break, you will receive all of the cards from the team you are assigned. On the other hand, 'PYT' stands for Pick Your Team. In a Pick Your Team break, you have the flexibility to choose a specific team from the available options. The cost may vary depending on the popularity or value of the team you select.

In each Slot of the box break, you will receive a +1 Sleeve as an additional item. In unfortunate situations where you don't receive any cards from your Slot, you have the option to request a complimentary base package. This means you will receive 5 or 6 random base cards as a replacement. We aim to provide a positive experience even in the event of not hitting any cards.

In cases where a card features multiple players from different teams, the distribution of the card will be randomized. There are no majority rules applied in such situations. This rule applies without exceptions, regardless of the value or rarity of the card in question. Our goal is to ensure fair and unbiased distribution of these cards among participants.

Before reaching out to us regarding the status of your shipment, we kindly request that you check with various sources such as your family, roommates, neighbours, the front desk, or the mailroom. Additionally, contacting your local postal carrier might provide you with more information about the whereabouts of your package. Please note that once the shipping company marks your order as delivered, it is considered complete.

Every card in your order will be carefully sleeved for protection. In addition, any hits, including autographs, numbered cards, or relics, will be securely top-loaded and placed in a team bag. Finally, your cards will be packaged in a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.

The shipping cost may vary depending on the size of your order and the shipping location. However, for orders above $30, we offer free shipping to the UK and USA. If you have multiple orders and would like us to hold the shipments until the total order value reaches $30, you can request this by selecting 'Request Shipment Manually' at checkout and then proceeding to the 'Shipping & Supplies' page and ordering a 'Ship My Products' label subject to your active order total and shipping location.

We offer direct shipping to international locations. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for the shipping fees, which are calculated on the website.
